Most women who come to this work have never been hypnotized before. Here's what you need to know.
RTT® — Rapid Transformational Therapy® — was developed by Marisa Peer®, one of Britain's most celebrated therapists, after 30+ years of clinical practice with Olympic athletes, CEOs, and people across every walk of life.
It is not traditional hypnotherapy. It is not meditation. It is not talk therapy dressed up differently.
The RTT® method uses a guided hypnotic state to access the subconscious mind directly — the part of you that stores the root beliefs driving your behavior — and rewrites them at the source. Most approaches work at the level of the conscious mind. The RTT® method works underneath. That's why it works when everything else hasn't.

Why hypnotherapy?
The conscious mind only drives about 5% of your behavior. The subconscious — where your childhood beliefs, survival strategies, and identity live — drives the other 95%. Hypnotherapy is one of the few tools that accesses it directly.

What does a session feel like?
You are fully aware throughout. There is no "going under." The state is typically deeply relaxed, like the edge of sleep — clear-headed but calm. You remember everything. You are always in control.

The personalized recording
After each session, you receive a bespoke recording created specifically for you — built around the exact beliefs uncovered in your session. You listen daily for 21 days. This is where the rewiring happens. The repetition is the work.

How is it different from therapy?
Therapy processes what happened. The RTT® method works on what you believe about what happened. The goal isn't to understand your past — it's to free you from the beliefs your past installed. That's a different kind of work entirely.

1 Onboarding Intake Call
45 minutes, 1:1, in Week 0. We get clear on what you're bringing into this work — so RTT #1 hits the right target.
10 Weekly Group Coaching Calls
90 minutes each. A small cohort going through this together. Skill-building, processing breakthroughs, witnessing each other through it.
3 Drop-In Office Hours
60 minutes during RTT integration weeks. Optional. Come if something is coming up. Skip if not.
Complete Curriculum Library
Structured modules across the full 13 weeks — covering nervous system regulation, subconscious belief work, the Whole-Life Map, the inner critic, limiting beliefs, needs and boundaries, and integration tools.

About the Founder Cohort
Founder Cohort participants — at both Tier 1 and Tier 2 — are part of an inaugural enrollment window closing September 6, 2026. Founders receive four 30-minute private feedback sessions with me at Weeks 3, 7, 11, and 13 — recorded with consent, used to inform the program's evolution and for marketing testimonials (anonymized at your preference, attributed by initials and title). After the founder window closes, these sessions sunset.
In exchange for the founder rate, you commit to:
- Attending 80% of group calls and completing the homework
- Participating in the four feedback sessions
- Submitting a written end-of-program reflection
- Allowing your words and experience to be used in marketing
- A 30-minute case study conversation within 60 days of completion

Inside The Inner Rewrite I deliver three modalities I trained in. Each was developed by a different founder. Each is excellent at what it does. I bring them together inside a 13-week coaching practice — because I watched too many corporate women try one approach at a time and stay stuck, and I wanted to offer something that addresses the wiring underneath the behavior, not just the behavior.

The base layer. Wayfinder frameworks I learned from Martha Beck help us identify your essential self versus the social self you've been performing, get you back in tune with who you really are so you can listen to yourself again — instead of shoulding and supposed-to-ing yourself into someone else's life. We also surface the limiting beliefs quietly running the show.

RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®)
The heavier reach. When a belief is wired deep enough that conscious work can't touch it, the RTT® method uses guided hypnosis to access the subconscious mind directly and rewrite it at the source. Faster and more direct than working at the conscious-mind level alone. Each of your three RTT® sessions is followed by a personalized recording you listen to daily for 21 days — that repetition is where the rewiring actually settles in.

Integrated Attachment Theory
The pattern work. Thais Gibson's research into attachment, neuroplasticity, and subconscious patterning is some of the most thorough in the field. We use her frameworks to understand how the specific beliefs underneath your behavior were formed, why they've been so hard to shift, and how to actually meet your own needs so the changes you make hold.

Week by week, root by root.
Week 0 — Solo Preparation
A 45-minute private intake call with me. Daily listening to the Quiet Mind Recording — a short hypnosis that introduces my voice and starts priming your nervous system. The cohort community opens. You arrive ready.
Week 1 — Building the Cohort + Getting in Tune
We meet as a group. Ground rules. Structured introductions. The foundations of nervous system regulation. And the tool that will help you listen to your core self instead of your shoulds and supposed-tos — the one you'll use for the next 13 weeks and beyond, however far you take it.
RTT Week
Week 2 — RTT Session 1
Your first RTT session, 1:1 with me. We go to the subconscious root of the limiting belief running the pattern. You leave with your personalized 21-day recording.
Week 3 — Essential Self vs Social Self
The framework Martha Beck teaches in Wayfinder coaching, that gives you language for what surfaced in RTT. Who you actually are, who you've been performing, and how to tell the difference in real time.
Week 4 — The Whole-Life Map + Meet Your Inner Critic
The destination work begins. We start drafting your Whole-Life Map — the concrete picture of what your authentic life looks like across every domain that matters to you. We also meet the voice that's been telling you why you can't have it.
Week 5 — Limiting Beliefs + The Stages of Conscious Agency
The cognitive frame for what the RTT® method works on, plus a framework I built that names the stages of internal shifting — so you can recognize progress even in the parts that don't feel like progress.
RTT Week
Week 6 — RTT Session 2
A deeper pass. Same belief, or a new one — your call, based on what's surfaced. New 21-day recording.
Week 7 — Behavioral Repatterning
Integrating RTT #2. The cognitive tools that bridge belief shift into actual behavior change in your real life.
Week 8 — Action Steps That Actually Happen
We take your Whole-Life Map and break it into pieces small enough that the next step is obvious — and you actually take it. Cut overwhelm in half. Then in half again. Until the resistance you used to hit doesn't have anywhere to land.
Week 9 — Action + Roadblock Triage
Real action surfaces real resistance. We troubleshoot what's coming up live, in the group, with each other.
RTT Week
Week 10 — RTT Session 3
The final pass. RTT #3 often surfaces what's still in the way once you're actually moving toward your Whole-Life Map. New 21-day recording.
Week 11 — Needs + Honoring the Old Self
A full needs inventory, your morning and evening routines designed from your own need priorities, and a small ceremony to honor and grieve the version of yourself who didn't operate this way.
Week 12 — Boundaries + Relational Sovereignty
With 11 weeks of internal work done, boundaries finally hold. Scripts that don't sound performative, somatic tools for when the other person pushes back, and the practice of asking for help.
Week 13 — Future Self + Closing
The future-self letter. The closing ceremony. A view of what comes next — because sovereignty doesn't end at Week 13.
