- Payment information (processed securely through Kajabi's payment system — we do not store payment details)
- Communications you send to us via email or through our website
3. A Note on Sensitive Personal Information
The nature of this work means you may share sensitive personal information with us — including details about your mental health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and career situations. We treat this information with the highest level of care and confidentiality.
Important: The Inner Rewrite is a coaching and hypnotherapy practice. Jamie Leavitt is not a licensed mental health provider, therapist, or medical professional. This practice is not subject to HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), which applies only to covered healthcare entities that transmit protected health information for billing purposes. However, we treat all personal and sensitive information with equivalent discretion and care.
Information you share during coaching sessions, in application forms, or in private communications is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as described in Section 5.
